I like to practice with an open heart and mind, listening with compassion and the intention of working “with” you as a whole person, mind, body and spirit. It is within this place of trust and deep relaxation that you can unwind and release, surrendering to the quiet that lies deep within the heart; a place that can be found in each of us.
